Meet the Staff

Manager: Steven Hardy

Steven is our beloved community manager who was promoted from Assistant Manager at the Social Fort Collins before joining our team in Oct. 2021. He comes from a large family with several brothers and sisters and is loved by all the residents and staff who meet him. He is known for his willingness to solve problems and perseverance to make this property the best it can be for our residents.

Assistant Manager: Kelsey Park

Kelsey Park is our incredibly kind and skilled Assistant Manager. She worked as our Assistant Manager at both The Social Fort Collins and then the Social at Stadium Walk before joining us at The Social West. She’s known for her pleasant demeanor and willingness to help anyone with a smile on her face. At work she is seldom without a Starbucks coffee in her hand and on her free time she loves spending time with her husband watching movies.

Leasing Consultant: Thomas Raftis

Thomas began working as a leasing consultant at The Social West in Sept. of 2021 whilst being a full-time student studying Communications at Colorado State University. He is known for his charismatic personality and his can-do attitude. He is originally from Moraga California and enjoys playing video games and spending time with friends in his free time.

Maintenance Supervisor: Alex Upton

Alex is our Maintenance Supervisor for both The Social West and The Social at Stadium Walk. He is originally from South Dakota and relocated here to be closer to family. He is an avid comic book collector and enjoys spending time with his daughter, Gemma as well as his dog, Bones.
